Eric tends to capture his food shots on location, working with chefs to capture some of their finest creations. He has provided all the photography for over 20 of the Great Chefs cookbooks, working in restaurants nationally, and world-wide.

He also maintains a fully prepared food studio, when the situation requires it.

His clients include National Cattleman’s Beef, The California Raisin Council, Kendall College Chicago, The Culinary Institute of America, Gordon Foodservice, Wisconsin Milk Marketing Board, Unilever, and the United States Culinary Olympic Team, as well as many national consumer and trade magazines.
